Introduction to Ageless Living book

Ageless living is the outcome of a different lifestyle than the one you are familiar with. This lifestyle is based on the practices of living a life without limitations. The central emphasis in this exploration is upon the physical body it is the most valuable gift that anyone will ever have and enjoy. Most people spend more money, time and muster more effort to clean their clothes, than in caring for their body and mind. If you are interested in living a life without limitation, and want to experience the feeling of being truly alive, then this writing may give you the knowledge to experience it. It can bring you closer to your ideal state of being, and your intrinsic, original thoughts.

The ideas of living as an ageless being provide a unifying focus from which to comprehend and appreciate your physical body, your feelings, and your emotions. Maybe you have already been working toward Life without limitation in this, and/or, several previous lifetimes. Perhaps this lifetime is the charm for you and it is going to happen in a real, easy and loving way.

I am writing this article as an affirmation to the principles and beliefs that I feel strongly about—living as an “alive” being, in spite of being surrounded by the trappings of the culture of death that we all live in. I’ll be exploring in such a manner as to make the possibility of actual longevity a very reasonable and sensible goal.

The words “ageless living and living forever” are the only available and suitable words in this language that describe life beyond its standard meaning, presently portrayed in this culture. These words are simple and communicate to the subconscious.

The life force and vitality level of an individual, which is influenced by many factors, is the originator and the main factor of our longevity, the singular, most substantive and irreplaceable force to maintain life on all levels.

Most people, now and throughout all ages, have had thoughts, fantasies and knowledge about their own immortality. Living as physically immortal is a true and actual possibility. It is only a matter of choice that one incorporates this reality into his life and reaps the wide and spectacular array of benefits that are waiting for him. One simply has to choose to be “alive” during his present life cycle.

Is that all there is to it? Yes and no. Becoming a physically immortal human being is a pure and free option that is within the reach of anyone. You do not have to be wealthy, brilliant, gifted or saintly. If physical immortality is so readily available, then why are so few counted in the membership? The primary reason lays in the fact that world societies today are based on complete acceptance of and adherence to what I define as “the death process”. Immersion in the death process only allows individuals to pretend that they are living.

Our present societies, and their mechanics around the globe, are based on this culture and system of death. Death, as the single most agreed upon reality across all segments of peoples, has become the underlying belief system that operates and orchestrates the human physical body. It is an unchallenged and absolute model of the completion of a life cycle. Right? The concept of death is imbued in our psyche practically from childhood or sometimes from the time of conception (as a result of living in the womb of another being with death beliefs for a period of time or by energetically imitating and adopting our mother’s beliefs).

Throughout our lives, the belief in death has been introduced and reinforced again and again by parents, teachers, peers, organized religions, social and health organizations, and by the very lovers and spouses with whom we share our private and personal lives and often look to for support and validation.

To be defined as a productive adult in society requires that one follow certain rules and practices of citizenship which are established by the myths and the beliefs of the culture. It also requires that one does so without question. Yes, in the culture of death productive adults must eventually die, but these men and women have souls and spirits that will survive their physical body and will last for many lifetimes to come. Isn’t that wonderful, now you can die respectfully and resign all your life possibilities to your next reincarnation! What a waste. This is a malicious practical joke we play it on ourselves.

This discussion may cause you to reconsider aspects of your life and define your beliefs anew. Most likely, you will realize that the beliefs you hold have become more important than who you are. You will realize that you have expended an excruciatingly large amount of life energy (chi) in the vigorous need to protect and defend your beliefs? Why? Because they have become part of you, and it is frightening to consider something else. By the same token, you will also realize that you are able to get rid of them, like a pile of junk, or a tiny annoying tick that has been attached to the surface of your skin that can be pulled out and removed.

Here, I will suggest compelling, definitive arguments for a defiant decision making path regarding your future in this world. Living as a physically immortal being is possible and is achieved only when the belief in the death process is out of your body. Knowledge and contemplation of physical immortality without mastery and appreciation of the physical body is nothing more than foolish rhetoric at best, because life and living can be manifested only by means of a well and whole body, which, of course, includes the mind, as they are one. There can be no future in your life beyond what society deems for you if you believe in death.

Who am I? What am I doing in this life? Is there a purpose to this life? Is there a purpose to my life? Do I really need to die?

A View of Immortality

The realm of physical immortality has no boundaries, and there is no right or wrong attached to it. This realm is all about options and possibilities, as ongoing changes are the rule. This realm will allow you the opportunity to unravel your death urges and free yourself from the culture of death environment. Entering the process requires no qualifications or need of approval by any other human being. There is no age limitation or restriction due to physical or mental condition. Registration is not required. You may accept physical immortality, practice it, or just entertain the concept as an interesting alternative thought. No judgment is placed upon the decision you make, other than your own.

This process takes true introspection regarding life-long beliefs, and it takes lots of planning and follow-up to hold a commitment to being “alive” while the initial work is in a fledgling state. This is real work on yourself, not just mental hocus-pocus exercises. For, by now, you must know that mental wishes (affirmations) have no practicality in and of themselves. They may be characterized as nothing more than “mental masturbation”.

Becoming a physically healthier person is a by-product of being in the process of physical immortality. Health is the result of a combined sharing of resources to keep the body operating at optimum condition. Utilizing and teaching methods, techniques and practices keep me at the level I am, as I move to the next level. There is no mark or final goal to reach—any goal is only a point on the path for personal advancement. There is no limit to the level and reservoir of your self-love, from which you love all others. And accessing a direct line of communication with your God-creator, without the need for a “middle-man” or a broker to facilitate this direct contact with God, is everyone’s ability.
